Inside Specifications:
Fire regulations permit an occupancy of 150 persons in the main room when using tables. For a concert-type event using chairs only, occupancy is 225.
The greenroom, located at the rear of the building behind the main room, seats 50 at tables. It can be used as a classroom, meeting room, or small lecture room.
Kitchen:
The kitchen at Buchanan Hall has professional appliances, including a Vulcan six-burner stove with double ovens, stainless steel sinks and double door refrigerator.
Parking:
Parking is available for 50 cars on the property. Fauquier County Parks and Recreation will grant permission for overflow parking in the area adjacent to the Buchanan Hall property. For safety reasons, overflow parking requires the use of a valet service.
